The challenge with nonfilers is that with every year that goes by, they are digging themselves deeper and deeper, which just compounds the problem. Burying your head in the sand, and thinking everything will blow away, is the worst thing you can do when it comes with the IRS. In addition, if you live in a state that require income tax filing, you have state income tax filing obligations as well.

It is important to work with an Enrolled Agent who is experienced in bringing non-filers into compliance. Feel free to set up a free one-hour consultation with me by emailing me at PhoenixITIN@gmail.com, or by calling 480-442-7063, so that I can help you chart a path and help bring you in compliance with the IRS.
